Our organization is growing every day—and we’re proud to offer high-quality coaching, affordable pricing, and competitive opportunities as one of New England’s best youth sports programs. If you’re passionate about teaching and mentoring kids, we’d love to have you on the team.
We’re actively recruiting volunteer coaches for:
Basketball & Biddy Ball: Fundamentals, team play, and positive culture for K–2 (Biddy Ball) and 3rd-High-School
Lacrosse: Skill development, field IQ, and inclusive growth for new and returning players.
Golf: Etiquette, swing basics, on-course strategy, and character building.
Track & Field: Speed, endurance, and event-specific coaching (sprints, distance, jumps, throws).
Softball: Core mechanics, game strategy, and confidence in competitive play.
The Springfield Ballers Organization thrives because of the dedication and support of our families. Parent volunteers play a key role in ensuring that every season is a success — both on and off the court.
Opportunities for parents to get involved include:
Team Mom / Team Dad – Partner with coaches to help manage individual team needs, communication, and player support.
Registration Assistance – Provide a warm welcome during tryouts and help streamline check-in and paperwork.
Fundraising Support – Assist with planning, organizing, and running fundraising events that sustain our year-round programs.
Event & Game-Day Help – From tournaments to community events, volunteers help make sure everything runs smoothly.
Overall Program Support – Lend your skills, ideas, and time to strengthen our mission of empowering youth through sports and education.
Parent volunteers not only help our organization grow but also model the importance of community, teamwork, and leadership for our athletes.
If you’re interested in volunteering, please contact us directly to learn more and get involved.
The Springfield Ballers Organization is always accepting interns to support our boys and girls sports programs. Interns gain valuable hands-on experience in youth sports management, community engagement, and event coordination while working directly with our student-athletes.
As an intern, you’ll have opportunities to:
Mentor young athletes and help them build confidence on and off the court/field.
Support initiatives that promote mental health, resilience, and positive youth development.
Assist with coaching, skill-building activities, and game-day operations.
Contribute to program growth, fundraising, and outreach that directly impacts the community.
We are looking for interns who are passionate about sports, education, and youth development, and who want to make a difference in the lives of kids who might not otherwise have these opportunities.
